Christina shared her reaction to being named this year's CUES Emerging Leaders and discussed her winning business case called “BUILDing from Within: A Scalable Succession Management Framework,” -- a five-pillar framework for turning required succession plans into effective leadership pipelines.
Tim explained that the CUES Emerge program, now in its seventh year, accepts 36 participants from over 100 applicants and runs for 7 months with virtual classroom sessions and mastermind groups before culminating in business case presentations.
Meagan highlighted that Christina's victory was well-deserved due to her strong application of coaching feedback and confident presentation style -- also covering how the program benefits participants' careers, with Christina noting that it has already opened doors for her in learning and development.
Tim emphasized the program's transformational impact on emerging leaders, concluding with information about the 2027 program, which will accept applications in January with a February deadline.
